On the following page is a form you can complete to request a photography or videography date for your dance school. After completing the form it will be sent to our scheduling department so that they can check the availability of the dates you have requested. It will take approximately 24-48 hours to receive a respond from us. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please followup with us. By completing the form it does not guarantee that the dates you have chosen will be assigned to your dance studio. It also does not engage you in a contract with EAP or any of its affilliates.
